Danny Sleiman, President
Danny Sleiman is the Founder and President of Sleiman Construction.
Danny began his academic journey at Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas, Venezuela, where he earned his degree in Civil Engineering. He later continued his education in Florida, earning an MBA from Millennia Atlantic University in Doral, Florida.
His construction experience encompasses commercial, healthcare, educational, municipal, and institutional projects, giving him a strong understanding of the technical, financial, and operational demands required to deliver complex work.
As a Florida Certified General Contractor, Danny combines technical knowledge with practical field experience. He believes successful construction is built on discipline, accountability, and the ability to solve problems before they become bigger issues.
Danny’s vision is to continue elevating Sleiman Construction into one of South Florida’s most trusted construction companies, known for personal attention, strong execution, and the confidence that every project will be managed with precision from start to finish.
Elias Sleiman Jr., Controller
Elias Sleiman Jr. is the Controller of Sleiman Construction, where he oversees the company’s financial management, accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, and construction cost controls.
He is an Accountant who graduated from Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas, Venezuela, and holds an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Millennia Atlantic University in Doral, Florida.
Elias is also a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), a credential that reflects his specialized knowledge in construction finance, accounting, risk management, and industry-specific financial practices.
With his accounting background, construction finance expertise, and leadership role within Sleiman Construction, Elias plays a key part in maintaining financial discipline, supporting project profitability, and helping the company make informed business decisions.
